If you want to hire the Hall, completed forms should be emailed to our Booking Officer and the fees (Hall hire and, if applicable, bond) must be paid within 7 days of making the booking. Bank account information is provided. Hall keys can be collected from the Booking Officer by arrangement. Any refunds (e.g. bond repayment) will be made as soon as possible to your nominated bank account.
