Welcome to the Mudgegonga Community Hall.
The Mudgegonga Community Hall is located between the picturesque towns of Yackandandah and Myrtleford in Northeast Victoria.
The Mudgegonga Community Hall is an ideal setting for functions and get-togethers large or small, inside or outside, and at any time of the year. The variety of air-conditioned spaces are suitable for meetings, conferences or social events for up to 100 people.
The hall has a well-equipped kitchen with a large electric stove, food warmer, industrial dishwasher, refrigerator and hand washing facilities. The hall is fully accessible by ramp and has a disabled bathroom with shower and toilet. There is a supper room adjacent to the kitchen, and a separate multi-purpose room, both of which are ideal for meetings and smaller get-togethers.
Outside, a sunny timber deck opens through large sliding doors from both the multi-purpose room and the foyer, and has wooden tables and benches. A purpose-built Pavilion complete with hot and cold running water, fridge and a large BBQ, is set in the large outdoor space of ample lawn and concrete.
Mudgegonga is in beautiful Northeast Victoria, close to the snow fields of Mount Hotham, Falls Creek, and Mount Buffalo. Northeast Victoria is a renowned food and wine destination and the wineries of Milawa, Beechworth, Glenrowan and Rutherglen are all within an hour’s drive.
The Hall
Situated on large enclosed grounds with ample parking, disabled access ramp and parking, the Hall is a versatile venue with four separate spaces which can be used for your next function.
- The Main Hall – can accommodate up to 100 people, has a dance floor, elevated stage and is a great space for weddings, parties, celebrations, fitness groups, community and other functions.
- The Supper Room – for smaller functions accommodating up to 20 people.
- The Meeting Room – ideal for holding meetings for up to 12 people.
- Pavilion and deck – a great outdoor space with BBQ facilities.
